Organizers Checklist
- Book your tournament with deposit
- Complete Event Booking Contract (can be downloaded here)
- Finalize and Sign contract
- Ensure our tournament coordinator is aware of any special requirements – dietary, set-up, etc.
- Notify volunteers to arrive more than 1 hour prior to tee off
- 8 days prior to event
- Send in tee sheet with final numbers
- Finalize number of golf carts required
- Send in Special Hole Designation sheet (if applicable)
- 48 hour prior to event – finalize numbers for meals
- Book your date for next year!
